Mr. Ometto has over 40-year experience in large companies management, accumulated in the administrative and financial areas. Besides all positions held at Cosan Group, especially as Chairman of the Board of Directors of Cosan Limited, Cosan S.A., and Cosan Logística S.A., he also holds the position of board member at UNICA – Union of Sugarcane Agroindustry of the State of São Paulo. Before joining Cosan Group, Mr. Mello, from 1971 to 1973, served as an advisor at the executive board of UNIBANCO – União de Bancos Brasileiros S.A. and from 1973 to 1980, he served as a Chief Financial Officer at Indústrias Votorantim S.A.

Mr. Martins holds a degree in business administration from Getúlio Vargas Foundation, specialized in finance. Mr. Martins joined Cosan Group in July 2007, as an executive of Aguassanta Participações S.A., currently, he holds several positions in the Group, particularly as a member of the board of directors of Cosan Limited, Chief Financial and Investor Relations Officer of Cosan Limited; Chief Financial and Investor Relations Officer and Vice Chairman of the board of directors of Cosan S.A. and Cosan Logística S.A. Mr. Martins served as a Chief Financial and Business Development Officer at Votorantim Cimentos between July 2003 and July 2007. Previously, he headed the Latin American fixed income department of Salomon Smith Barney in New York.

Rodrigo worked at Petróleo Brasileiro S.A. from 2007 to 2023, possessing extensive experience in the financial area, holding the positions of Executive Manager of Accounting and Tax; Executive Financial Director and Investor Relations of Petrobras; President of the Fiscal Council of TBG; Member of the Fiscal Council of other companies within the Petrobras group; Member of an advisory group of the International Accounting Standards Board (IASB); Member of the Board of Directors of the Brazilian Association of Publicly Traded Companies (ABRASCA); and Director of Strategy at Cosan. Currently, he holds the positions of Vice President Financial Director and Investor Relations at Cosan; and Member of the Compliance Committee at Cosan S.A.

Nelson began his career at ExxonMobil, where he held leadership positions in various countries in the fuel, lubricant, and convenience store businesses. He returned to Brazil in 2008, taking over the leadership of the Lubricants business (now Moove), already under the management of Cosan, where he remained until 2014 when he became Vice President of Cosan S.A. The following year, he assumed the presidency of Cosan, a position he held until 2016. | Current Positions: Board Member of Compass Gás & Energia and CEO of Cosan. He currently also serves as the Chairman of the Board of Commit, Sulgás, and Necta, and as a board member of Comgás, where he served as CEO from 2016 to 2020.

Graduated in Law from the Pontifical Catholic University of Rio de Janeiro – PUC, with a postgraduate degree in Civil Law from the State University of Rio de Janeiro – UERJ and a master’s degree in International Law from the London School of Economics – LSE. Throughout her professional career, she worked at the law firm Barbosa, Mussnich e Aragão, was Latin America Manager at BAT – British American Tobacco, the parent company of Souza Cruz S.A. based in London, and served as legal manager at Cosan S.A. from 2008 to 2011, and as legal director from 2011 until April 2020, when she became Vice President Legal at Cosan. Nominated by the Brazilian Association of Publicly Traded Companies (ABRASCA) for the Council of Appeals of the National Financial System (CRSFN), serving as a council member from March 2019 to March 2022.

Mr. Burkhard graduated in Business Administration from Fundação Armando Álvares Penteado (1997) and holds a postgraduate degree (MBA in Finance) from IBMEC, São Paulo (2001). He has been working in the financial market for seven years. He worked at Banco BBM S.A, a company of the Mariani Group, focusing on middle market and Corporate commercial areas. Currently, he holds the position of Vice-President Director at Aguassanta Participações S.A. and has been a member of the Board of Directors of Cosan S.A. since 2005.

Antônio Simões Rodrigues Júnior is a production engineer graduated from the Federal Fluminense University, with an MBA in Marketing from CEFET-RJ. Mr. Antônio held the position of Energy Director at Raízen. He also served as alternate member of the board of directors at Logum (ethanol pipeline system) and as a member of the executive board of Petróleo Sabbá S.A., which primarily serves the northern region of Brazil. Previously, he held the position of Director of Offshore Logistics and Trading at Raízen, based in Geneva, where he was responsible for the entire development and operation of the company’s global ethanol trading. Between 1997 and 2010, he held various positions in Trading, Supply, and Logistics at Shell, in Rio de Janeiro, London, and Dubai. He served as CEO of Comgás from 2020 until 2023. In 2024, he assumed the role of CEO at Compass.

Marcos holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from the Federal University of Rio de Janeiro and a Master’s degree in Finance from IBMEC. He has over 24 years of professional experience. He began his career at Shell, where he worked for 10 years. In 2011, he transitioned to Raízen, taking on the role of Director of Treasury and Controllership. In 2023, he became the CFO of Grupo Nós, managing the renowned brands OXXO and Shell Select. In November 2024, he assumed the position of Vice President of Finance and Investor Relations at Compass.

Business Administrator with an MBA in Project Management from USP, with over 20 years of professional experience, including the last 14 years in Human Resources. She has been a member of Comgás since 2021, where she served as Director of People, Culture, and Sustainability. Currently, she holds the position of Vice President of People and Culture at Compass. Throughout her career, she has worked in national companies, multinational companies, and startups, leading short and long-term projects in the industrial engineering, naval engineering, oil and gas, and commodities markets.

Graduated in Law from the Federal University of Minas Gerais, with a specialization in Oil, Natural Gas, and Energy Law. She completed an MBA in Economic Law at Universidade Gama Filho. She joined Petrobras in 2015 as General Counsel, leading a team of over 600 lawyers and supporting the development of policies that align with the diverse interests of various stakeholders. In 2024, she assumed the position of Vice President of Legal Affairs at Compass.

Undergraduated in Geography at USP and Political Science at the Institute of Political Studies in Paris (IEP), with a graduation in Business Administration at FGV/SP. He was Assistant Secretary of Relations of the São Paulo City Hall, among other positions in the municipal administration, having also worked for the São Paulo State Government. In the private sector, he worked at the bank BNP Paribas in França, was director of BRF S.A., Cosan S.A. and Comgás. In 2022, he was appointed director at Compass.

Cristiano Donisete Barbieri, 49 years old, graduated in Computer Science with an MBA in Administration from FGV and Business Management from IBMEC. Specialist in using technology and data to exponentially evolve customer services. He led the Technology and Customer areas at SulAmerica Seguros for 10 years and at Comgás for 3 years with impactful transformations in digital services and NPS. He was a member of the executive committee of both companies. He has been active in the Brazilian Innovation ecosystem for many years and has sometimes acted as an entrepreneur or angel investor. 

Graduated in Civil Engineering and with a Master’s degree in Engineering, both from the Polytechnic School of USP, she has over 11 years of experience in the oil and gas sector. She serves as Vice President of the Center of Excellence and Services at Compass. A member of Comgás since 2014, she served as Director of Operations and Services until December 2024, previously holding positions as Executive Manager of Engineering and Executive Manager of Development and Innovation.

Graduated in Accounting from UNICAP/PE, he holds an MBA in Business Management from Fundação Dom Cabral and a specialization in Marketing Strategy from INSEAD London. With a professional career spanning over 30 years, the executive has solid experience in finance, strategic planning, and information technology, having worked at large multinational companies such as PwC from 1990 to 2005, Souza Cruz from 2005 to 2011, British American Tobacco (BAT) Group from 2011 to 2014, and Embraco, a Whirlpool Group company, from 2014 to 2018. He is currently the President of Sodexo On-site Brazil.

Graduated in Mechanical Engineering from the Federal University of Rio de Janeiro and in Economics from the State University of Rio de Janeiro, with an MBA from COPPEAD. Since December 1988, Mr. Guilherme José de Vasconcelos Cerqueira has held various positions within the Shell Group, including a stint at Shell International Ltd. in London, UK, where he served in managerial roles from May 2004 to April 2007. At Raízen S.A., he was responsible for the controllership area from April 2011 to April 2014, when he took on the responsibility for the finance and procurement areas, serving as Chief Financial Officer and Investor Relations Director until May 2022.

Graduated in Civil Engineering from the Polytechnic School of the University of São Paulo and holds a Bachelor’s degree in Economics from the Faculty of Economics of the University of São Paulo Globak. Mr. Paulo Ayres has solid experience in the financial sector, holding prominent positions in national and international companies from 1985 to 2019. He served as Global Head of Strategy and Planning at British American Tobacco (UK) from 2015 to 2019. Since 2020, he has been working as an independent financial consultant. Mr. Paulo Ayres has been a Member of the Fiscal Council at Vale S.A. since April 2023 and a member of the Deliberative Council of Fundação Souza Cruz since January 2024.
